!It is also submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to join investigation as and when required by the Investigating Agency or as directed by this Court or the trial Court. Per contra, learned State counsel has opposed the plea of bail sought by the petitioner by submitting that the offence is serious in nature; specific allegations have been levelled against him; specific role has also been attributed to him and that grievous injury has been caused to the complainant, therefore, the petitioner does not deserve the concession of anticipatory bail.
I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have perused the paper book with their able assistance.
