**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The present petition is for issuance of direction to the respondents to ante-date regularize the service of the petitioner. The petitioner was appointed on 08.07.1982 as part time sweeper and his services were regularized vide office order dated 22.04.2000 on the post of Mali cum Water carrier.

At the very outset, the present petition is liable to be dismissed, as the limitation to get his date of regularization anti dated, can be of 03 years, but the present writ petition has been filed after a gap of almost 18 years and thus, the petition is dismissed on the ground of delay alone.
