(ORAL) The contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 06.04.2018 vide which a direction was issued to the respondents to take a conscious decision on the representation by passing a speaking order. Learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record the order dated 03.05.2019 vide which claim of the petitioner has been rejected. In view of the above, contempt petition is dismissed. Rule issued against the respondents stands discharged. However, if still aggrieved, petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 03.05.2019 in accordance with law.
