The present revision has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for quashing the impugned order dated 13.09.2023 (Annexure P-1) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Abohar, District Fazilka in case bearing CIS No. CS/666/2016 CNR No. CNRPBFZE000-1109-2016 titled as "Puran Ram Vs. Dalip Kumar and others".

Learned counsel for the petitioner has supplied a judgment dated 20.02.2024, passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Abohar in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 3.

2024:PHHC:046291 CR-6714-2023 -2present revision has rendered infructuous, as the suit itself stands decided vide judgment dated 20.02.2024, passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), Abohar and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant revision with liberty to the petitioner, to raise challenge to the aforesaid judgment and decree dated 20.02.2024.

In view of the above, the instant Revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
