ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioners herein inter alia seek issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent authorities to call them for interview for selection on the post of Upper Division Clerks and Lower Division Clerks under categories 2 and 3, respectively. Pursuant to advertisement No.3/2016 (Annexure P-1), they successfully cleared the written examination conducted by respondent No.2 and were called for scrutiny of documents.

Learned State counsel, under instructions of Sh. Sukhwinder, Legal Assistant-HSSC, submits that both the petitioners have been selected for the post of Lower Division Clerks in the respective categories they had applied.
