The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for issuance of directions to the official respondent Nos.1 to 4 to transfer the investigation of the case bearing FIR No.148 dated 09.07.2019 under Sections 323, 34, 354-A, 452 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 registered at Women Police Station Nuh, District Nuh. 2.

Learned State counsel on instructions from PSI Poonam states that the present petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the petitioner in the present case since stands acquitted vide judgment dated 05.10.2023 passed by the Trial Court.
