Petitioner has filed the second petition under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.81, dated 05.03.2021, under Sections 365, 457, 380, 323, 506, 302, 201 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Sector-29, Panipat, District Panipat.
