This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 19.09.2022 passed in CWP-13842-2015. 2.

Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the services of the petitioner have since been regularized and an appointment letter dated 16.09.2025 has also been issued to the petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in Clause 1 of the appointment letter dated 16.09.2025 it has been stated that the offer is on a purely temporary post.

Learned counsel for the respondent on instructions from Ms. Ritu Kumar, Deputy Superintendent, Skill Development & Industrial Training, Haryana, Panchkula has handed over a letter dated 17.09.2025 Yogesh Sharma 2025.09.18 10:20 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this judgment/order.
