(ORAL) Through this second petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. read with Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of direction to official respondents to serve a 15 days prior notice to the petitioner in terms of Section 160 Cr.P.C. in case he is required to be arrested in any FIR or pending inquiry/investigation in any matter by the respondent authorities. After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail other legal remedies as available to him in accordance with law at an appropriate stage.
