HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Grievance of the petitioner, which is a registered Residents Welfare Society of Sector 110-111, TDI City, SAS Nagar, is that they have submitted representations (P.9 & P.10) requesting that the partial completion Certificate has been wrongly granted in respect of Mega Residential Project 2, Sector 110-111, TDI City 2, SAS Nagar. Conditions precedent to grant such Certificate have not been fulfilled.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to a communication dated 08.07.2022 (P.8) of the Senior Executive Engineer, Operation Division (Special), Mohali addressed to the Chief Administrator, GMADA, Mohali regarding various defects having been found in LD system constructed in TDI City, Sector 110-11, SAS Nagar.

Having perused the facts of the instant case and without in any way opining on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent No.3 to look into the representations (P.9 & P.10) and take follow-up action, if any, in terms of communication (P.8).
