(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.230 dated 05.09.2019 under Sections 306 and 149 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Dhuri, District Sangrur. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that pursuant to order dated 21.11.2019 of this Court, the petitioners no.2 and 3 have joined investigation and they have been declared innocent.
