(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition is for quashing impugned order dated 11.06.2019 passed by respondent No.2 under Section 14 of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act) and notice(s) dated 20.01.2016 and 05.11.2018 issued by respondent No.4 under Section 13(2) and 13(4) of SARFAESI Act, respectively.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for some time, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to the petitioners to avail the statutory remedy/ies available to them in accordance with law. 3.

Writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
