On asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Rathee, Sr. DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving a direction to respondent No. 4 to treat this petition as representation and pass appropriate orders. This exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
