-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed for quashing of FIR No.79 dated 09.04.2019 under Sections 323, 406, 498-A and 506 IPC (Section 313 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Hansi Sadar, District Hisar and all consequential proceedings thereto.

Reply has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1 wherein a categoric statement has been made that investigation has been conducted by a person, who is of the rank of DSP, while further submitting that charges under Sections 498-A, 406, 323, 506 and 313 IPC have already been framed.

Counsel for the complainant points out that similar plea had been raised before the Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar which has already been rejected by an order dated 30.11.2019.
