(ORAL) By way of present revision petition challenge has been laid to the judgments dated 20.04.2018 and 14.10.2022 passed by the Rent Controller, Fardikot as well as Appellate Authority, Faridkot respectively, whereby eviction petition filed at the instance of respondent-Landlady was allowed.

Learned counsel representing respondent submits that the possession of demised premises has already been handed over to the respondent through the Executing Court on 03.07.2023. In view of the aforesaid, the present revision petition has been rendered infructuous, moreover, none has chosen to appear on behalf of petitioner.
