(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 438 CrPC, prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0155 dated 22.07.2023 registered under Sections 420,120-B of IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act 2014 at P.S. Chheharta, District Amritsar.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Narinder Singh submits that in compliance of order dated 03.11.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 03.11.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
