On asking of the Court, Mr. Ramender Singh Chauhan, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State.

Petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer on 15.11.2023 at 10.00 A.M. at Police Station Bahin, Tehsil and District Palwal, and join the investigation and appear as and when called by the Investigating Officer. In the event of arrest, he shall be admitted to interim bail on furnishing personal and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. He shall also abide by the conditions as specified under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C. "

[2] Today, learned State Counsel, on instructions from SI Hari Om, has informed this Court that the petitioner has joined the investigation, in compliance of the order dated 06.11.2023 and is no longer required for further investigation.

[3] In view of the aforesaid, the order dated 06.11.2023, whereby the petitioner was granted interim anticipatory bail, is hereby made absolute. However, he shall continue to join investigation, if and so required by the Investigating Officer.

[4] Disposed of.
