ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The situation was not different even on the last date of hearing. The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 28.07.2022 vide which while dispossessing the petitioner, a direction was issued to the Senior Superintendent of Police, to decide the application of the petitioner within a specified time. Counsel for the State has filed the compliance affidavit dated 04.01.2023 on behalf of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, which is taken on record, according to which, in compliance of the order, an FIR No.066 dated 06.09.2022 under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC has been registered at Police Station Women, Patiala, against respondent No.4 - Raj Kumar and further investigation is being undertaken in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the speaking order, if so advised.
