(Oral) The prayer in the petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.25 dated 10.07.2025 under Sections under Sections 193, 120-B, 196, 199, 200, 406, 409, 418, 420, 467, 468, 471, 477-A, 474 of IPC & Sections 13(1), 13(2), 13(1) (c), 13(1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 registered at Police Station Anti Corruption Bureau, Hisar.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 02.09.2025 passed by this Court, petitioner has joined the investigation.
The learned State Counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation in terms of order dated 02.09.2025 and is not required for custodial interrogation.
In this view of the matter, interim order dated 02.09.2025 is made absolute.
However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS.
Petition stands disposed of.
