By way of instant second petition filed u/s 528 of BNSS, 2023, petitioner prays for quashing of complaint case No. NACT-227 of 2021, dated 09.04.2021, titled as, "Jasbir Singh v. Sanjay Kumar" under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (in short, 'NI Act') pending before the Court of Ld. JMIC, Jind (Annexure P-7) and summoning order dated 18.10.2021 (Annexure P-7A), issued by Ld. JMIC, Jind, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

After being pointed out that an earlier petition filed by the petitioner, on the same cause of action, was withdrawn very recently, i.e., vide order dated 11.08.2025, passed in CRM-M-43253-2025, titled as "Sanjay Kumar v. State of Haryana and another" (Annexure P-18), without any liberty having been granted to file afresh, Mr. Chanderhas Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, while reserving liberty to raise all pleas at the appropriate stage JAWALA RAM 2025.09.08 19:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
