**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The present writ petition was filed in the year 2019. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 12.02.2019, 10.04.2019, 09.07.2019, 14.10.2019 and 16.01.2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner appeared only on 06.05.2019 and 27.11.2019 and the case was adjourned on his request. Even the prayer for preponement of the date of hearing was dismissed on 06.05.2019. On 16.01.2020, it was made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted to learned counsel for the petitioner. Even in the absence of learned counsel for the petitioner, I have perused the impugned order, Annexure P-10.

CWP No. 3818 of 2019 -2Perusal of the same would show that the complaints filed by the petitioner i.e. Complaint No.2219201/6-17, 1320201/7-18, 2722/2017-18 and 4892/2017-18 stand already decided.

In view of aforesaid facts, no further adjournment can be granted in this writ petition.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
