The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 03.10.2022 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana whereby two applications, under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC and under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC, filed by the petitioner were dismissed.

As per the E-Courts Official Website of the District Courts, Ludhiana, during the interregnum, the main civil suit being Civil Suit No.1215 of 2014 itself stands dismissed with costs vide judgment and decree dated 10.03.2023 and hence the instant revision petition has been rendered infructuous.
