RAJIV SHARMA,J A writ of Certiorari has been sought for quashing impugned order dated 17.12.2018 (P.7) passed by the CAT, Chandigarh Bench, Chandigarh. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that DPC has been convened. The name of the petitioner was duly considered, however, recommendations of the Departmental Promotional Committee have not been given effect.

Accordingly, there shall be direction to the respondent i.e Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh to fill up the post on the basis of recommendations made by the Departmental MANOJ KUMAR 2019.07.04 12:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of this, earlier order passed by this Court staying the operation of the impugned order stands modified.
