Present petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioners in case bearing FIR No.08 dated 16.02.2025 registered for the offences punishable under Section 21 of NDPS Act, 1985 and (Section 29 of NDPS Act, 1985 added later on), at Police Station Hathur, District Ludhiana Rural.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition in hand at this stage. Ordered accordingly.

Needless to say, that in case the trial is procrastinating and the folly thereof is not at the end of the petitioner, he shall be at liberty to file afresh.  #
