*** Learned counsel for the respondents states that he has no objection if the application is accepted and divorce petition in question is transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Hisar.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. The petition titled 'Mohit Kataria versus Kavita and another' is ordered to be withdrawn from the Family Court, Faridabad and transferred to Family Court at Hisar for disposal in accordance with law.

The parties through their counsel are directed to appear in the transferee Court on 2.8.2019. Copies of orders be sent to the Family Court, Faridabad as well as to the Family Court at Hisar for information and necessary compliance.
