SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing the order dated 29.03.2019 (Annexure P-5) passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Tarn Taran.

The instant petition has been filed in the year 2019, wherein, notice of motion was issued on 25.11.2019. Last opportunity was granted to file reply, vide order dated 21.02.2022 and since then none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner and on 20.02.2024, memorandum of appearance was filed by learned counsel for the petitioner and time was sought for complete the instructions.

It has come to the notice that the interim bail was granted vide order dated 25.11.2019 to the petitioner and that arrangement is still continuous.

Looking at the order sheets and conduct of the petitioner do not SHRUTI 2024.07.23 11:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

inspire the confidence of this Court to believe that he is interested in pursuing the matter. In view thereof, the only inference that can be drawn is that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
