ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the orders dated 24.05.2022 and 30.05.2022, vide which a direction was issued to pass a speaking order.

Counsel for the State has placed on record the photocopy of the speaking order dated 28.12.2022, which is taken on record as Mark X, vide which the claim of the petitioner has been rejected. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order, if so advised.
