(Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.117 dated 10.11.2019, registered under Sections 363, 366-A and 120-B IPC, at Police Station Kalanaur, District Gurdaspur. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties and, in pursuance to the order dated 28.11.2024 passed by this Court, no coercive action has been taken against the petitioners and they have appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sanjeev Kumar, 163, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioners are no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim relief granted to the petitioners vide order dated 28.11.2024 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
