Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Addl.A.G Haryana **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to consider his candidature for the post of Post Graduate Teacher (Physical Education) under General Category.

On 24.12.2018, this Court passed the following order:- "The petitioner is participating for the post of TGT Physical Education under the general category. The last candidate called for interview in the said category has secured 70 marks whereas the petitioner has secured 76 marks. There was no objection during scrutiny of documents.

Notice of motion for 28.02.2019.

To be heard along with CWP No.38176 of 2018.

In the meantime, the petitioner will be interviewed provisionally and his result be kept in a sealed cover. Copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Gaurav Arora 2019.04.04 16:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Learned State counsel has produced the result of the petitioner in a sealed cover, which has been opened by the Reader of this Court. As per result, the petitioner has secured 46 marks in written examination and 14 marks in viva voice (total 60 marks) and and the last candidate has secured 108 marks under General category.

In view of the above factual position, the writ petition stands dismissed, as the petitioner has secured less marks than the last candidate. The result has been returned back in original to learned State counsel in the Court today.
