SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Through the instant petition preferred under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, the petitioners have sought for quashing of FIR No.76 dated 01.09.2023 under Sections 420,467,468,471,120-B IPC registered at P.S Ladhuwal, Ludhiana, District Ludhiana and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. Learned State counsel, on instructions from Harpreet Singh-SHO has informed that the investigation in the matter is complete and cancellation report has been prepared, which shall be presented before the competent Court within a period of three weeks from today after necessary approval, which is still pending. In the wake of aforesaid statement, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
