This is a second contempt petition filed by the petitioner. Earlier also, this Court find that no case under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is made out.

Now, the petitioner has again come up stating that the land of the gram panchayat has been handed over to another person. No documentary proof has been placed on record.

The contempt petition is vague and makes bald assertions and the same is accordingly dismissed.
