(Oral) Challenge in the present petition is to order dated 25.09.2023 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Ferozepur whereby in a proceedings under Section 125 Cr.P.C., interim maintenance of Rs.5,000/-p.m. (Rs.3,000/-p.m. to petitioner No.1-wife and Rs.2,000/-p.m. to petitioner No.2-minor child) has been awarded to the petitioners from the date of filing of the application till disposal of the main petition, along with litigation expenses of Rs.4,000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition as the matter stands compromised between the parties.

Permitted to do so.
