Prayer in this second petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.533 dated 03.09.2022 registered under Sections 22C-61-85 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Mujessar, District Faridabad.

As per custody certificate dated 07.11.2023 filed by learned State counsel, the petitioner is behind bars for 01 year, 02 months and 03 days only and the first bail application was withdrawn on 16.08.2023. There are two more cases under the NDPS Act against him.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. 4.
