Complaint No. NACT-236 of 2023 titled as "Meenu Mehra Vs. Reema Dhillon" under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Seeking transfer of complaint case captioned above, from the Court of JMIC, Derabassi, District SAS Nagar, Mohali to the Court of JMIC, Panchkula where the respondent has filed another case under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, the petitioner had come up before this Court under Section 407 Cr.P.C.. 2.

After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioner, seeks to withdraw the present petition.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn. It is clarified that in case the petitioner files an application seeking exemption from personal appearance, the trial court is requested to consider the same sympathetically. This Court grants permission as the petitioner submits that for the same amount, two different complaints have been filed. All pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
