RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.180, dated 13.08.2024, under Sections 333, 191(2), 190, 351(3), 324(4), 324(5), 238 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, registered at Police Station Sadar, District Police Commissionerate, Amritsar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the trial Court and file an appropriate application there. He further prays that direction be issued to learned trial Court to decide his bail application in a time bound manner.

Allowed as prayed for.
