H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Admittedly, a Regular First Appeal has been filed by the Gram Panchayat, challenging the award dated 13.3.2015, which stands admitted vide order dated 13.7.2015, as pleaded in para No.5 of the present petition. It has further been pleaded therein that interim relief has been granted to the appellant Gram Panchayat, observing that payment of compensation made to the claimants would be subject to the decision of the appeal.

Under the circumstances, the grouse of the appellant against the order passed by the Executing Court does not have any merit. Therefore, the revision petition stands dismissed. ( H.S.
