The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for the post of PGT - Commerce.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has no instructions from his client. However, learned State counsel has produced a copy of the order dated 18.01.2023 vide which the petitioner has been selected at Merit No.194-A for the post of PGT Commerce against Advt. No.4/2015 (Category No.03).

Keeping in view the selection of the petitioner for the abovesaid post, the present petition has become infructuous. Dismissed, as having been rendered infructuous.
