RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.162, dated 07.03.2022, under Section 346 IPC (later on Sections 363, 366-A, 376(2)(n), 506, 328 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act have been added), registered at Police Station Kundli, District Sonepat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he does not want to press this petition and the same may be dismissed as such. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as not pressed.
