Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari quashing the order dated 31.10.2019, Annexure P-1, whereby recovery of excess amount of pension has been ordered to be effected from the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the petition can be disposed of in terms of the judgment, dated 06.02.2023, passed in CWP No.26377 of 2016 titled Madhu Bala and others v. State of Punjab and others.

The impugned order dated 31.10.2019 is, accordingly, quashed granting liberty to the respondents 'to issue any kind of notice to the petitioners and follow the Principles of Natural Justice, and thereafter, may take a conscious decision with regard to the right to recovery in the light of PAYAL 2023.09.18 15:49 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
