*** PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India invoking writ jurisdiction of this Court praying for issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari seeking quashing of the order dated 28.4.2022 (Annexure P7) passed by respondent No.2 whereby the petitioner has been dismissed from service.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the order impugned dated 28.04.2022 (Annexure P-7) is appealable and there is an alternate remedy available to the petitioner in the form of statutory appeal provided under the relevant rules. He prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail an alternate remedy.
