**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the notice/announcement dated 18.12.2018, vide which the candidates have been called for interview on 25.12.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against advertisement No.4/2015, the petitioner had applied for the post of Post Graduate Teacher (Commerce), in General Category; that the written test was conducted on 13.03.2016 and that vide notice dated 22.01.2017, the candidates were called for the scrutiny of the documents. Vide order dated 24.12.2018 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner was provisionally allowed to be interviewed for the post in question, subject to the final outcome of the present petition and her result was ordered to be kept in a sealed cover. CWP-38228-2018 (O&M) -2On 27.03.2019, the provisional result of the petitioner was produced in Court and the same was opened. As per the sealed cover result, the petitioner had obtained 76 marks in written examination and 20 marks in viva voce (total 96 marks).

At this stage, learned State counsel submits that the last selected candidate under the General Category had obtained 116 marks and thus, the petitioner does not fall under the zone of consideration. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact.

Since, the petitioner does not fall under the zone of consideration, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Dismissed.
