*** RITU BAHRI, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE (Oral) The present appeal is being filed against the judgment dated 20.09.2023 passed by the learned Single Bench in CWP No.9702 of 2018, vide which said writ petition has been dismissed.

Learned counsel for the appellant has referred to the order dated 10.01.2018 (Annexure P-14) whereby she has approached the Tribunal against the impugned order dated 16.08.2017 (Annexure P-9). Since the appellant was aggrieved of the order passed by the private university, the Tribunal dismissed the petition as it did not have the jurisdiction to entertain the petition against the private university and granted liberty to seek her remedy before a competent Court of law. Keeping in view the order dated 10.01.2018, the appellant had filed the writ petition challenging the termination order by the private university. Since the Tribunal has already given the opinion that it has no jurisdiction to entertain the petition, the LPA is disposed of, order dated 20.09.2023 is being set aside; and the matter is being remanded back to the learned Single Bench to consider the matter afresh.
