Learned counsel submits that the petitioner on a previous occasion had approached this Court by filing CWP-13005-2021, which was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to pursue the remedy with the department by applying afresh for Sports Gradation Certificate, in accordance with law, which he had applied and has now issued the same on 19.06.2024, Annexure P-8, In this regard, he on instructions from the petitioner, submits that he would file a representation, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Tapan Kumar, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State and has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that in case the petitioner submits a representation within 4 weeks, the same be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
