Since the petitioners have an alternate remedy to challenge the notices issued by respondent No.1 on 28.07.2022 and 17.11.2022, before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, under Section 17 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, granting liberty to the petitioners to pursue the said liberty, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

For a period of 2 weeks from today, respondent No.1 shall not dispossess the petitioners from the secured asset, in which time, the petitioners are directed to take appropriate steps for filing of a SA before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Chandigarh.
