By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for quashing the order dated 06.08.2022 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Nakodar in FIR No.272 dated 15.11.2005 registered under Sections 323, 324, 326, 452, 148 and 149 IPC (Section 326 added later on) at P.S. Shahkot, District Jalandhar vide which the cancellation report submitted by the Investigating Agency has been rejected. Prayer has also been made for quashing of FIR No. 272 dated 15.11.2005 registered under Sections 323, 324, 326, 452, 148 and 149 IPC at P.S. Shahkot, District Jalandhar. 2.

Learned State counsel informs that again a fresh cancellation report has been submitted by the Investigating Agency before trial Court on 24.04.2023 which is pending consideration for 18.12.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner informs that the parties being neighbours and resident of the same village have already entered into a settlement with intervention of elders and respectable and the petitioner would be satisfied in case, he is permitted to file fresh petition based on settlement arrived at between the parties. 4.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
