(Oral) Appellant-Ekta and respondent-Rajnish Bhardwaj are already divorced in view of decree dated 23.04.2019 passed by the competent court at Chandigarh. Instant application (CM-24038-CII-2019) has been moved only for interim custody of the child for 4/5 days to attend the marriage of maternal uncle of the child.

Mr. Padamkant Dwivedi, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent and submits that he has no objection to this prayer. Under the circumstances, prayer is accepted. Appellant-Ekta shall be at liberty to take the child with her today evening with the assurance that the child would return to his father by 01.12.2019. An undertaking to this effect be filed by the appellant in the registry within three days. Appeal is allowed in these terms.
