The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 07.04.2025 passed by this Court in CWP-9930-2025, whereby respondents were directed to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in compliance of the order dated 07.04.2025, appeal filed by the petitioner has already been decided by the Divisional Commissioner, Hisar Division, Hisar. He has produced a copy of order dated 04.11.2025 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Hisar Division, Hisar. The same is taken on record.
