State of Punjab and others, decided on 25.02.2010 (Annexure P-4) and the order passed by this Court in CWP No.7855 of 2014 titled 'Jinder Singh and others Vs. State of Punjab and others, decided on 17.12.2018. Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Mehardeep Singh, Additional Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
