(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.130, dated 23.04.2018, registered at Police Station City Khanna, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana, under Sections 323, 341, 506 & 427 IPC (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise dated 24.11.2022 (Annexure P2). Pursuant to order dated 24.01.2023, report dated 03.03.2023 has been received from Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Khanna, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them with their free will, consent, without any pressure or coercion.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.130, dated 23.04.2018, registered at Police Station City Khanna, Police District Khanna, District Ludhiana, under Sections 323, 341, 506 & 427 IPC (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioner.
