Prayer in the present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.94 dated 15.03.2024 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 406, 420 of IPC, 1860 and 24 of Emigration Act, 1983, registered at Police Station Butana, District Karnal, and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of Panchayati Compromise deed dated 03.04.2024 (Annexure P-2).

On 21.10.2024, while issuing notice to respondents, parties were directed to get their statements recorded. 3.

Despite granting of three opportunities, the required statements could not be recorded and it has been so reported by the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Karnal also in its report dated 27.11.2024.

Faced with the situation, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file fresh one, in case, any fresh cause of action arises.
